RESSING HYDRO ELECTRIC PROJECT - 12 MW

Ressing HEP is a run-of-the river scheme project on pare river which is also known as Dikrong in lower reaches. The project will generate 12 MW of hydro power with 10% overrating as per the standards. The project is designed and planned with latest techniques and all the guidelines of MNRE/ CEA / AHEC (HRED) are followed. The project layout is kept simple considering the topography and the requirement of the area.

The project developers are committed for the sustainable development of the area considering the same Catchment Area Treatment plan for the project was made for 10 years with a cost of 13.4 Million INR (Approx). All the guidelines of the Ministry of Forest and Climate change are clearly kept in mind while planning the project.

2 units of 6 MW are proposed to house the Power House. Power Generated from the project will be evacuated from the project switchyard to the Sagalee substation.
